To move use keys:

Q = Up ladders
Z = Down ladders and drop from ropes
I = Left
P = Right
N = Dig holes

Lode Runner has 150 different screens for your enjoyment, because
of the memory required to play this game, screens 1 to 75 are on
side one and screens 76 to 150 are on side two of the cassette.
You can re-design any of the screens to your liking or you can
design your own screens, which can then be saved to tape and
loaded at a later time. By holding down the shift key together
with other selected keys you can obtain extra features such as.

Shift/L = Advance to next level
Shift/M = Extra Men
Shift/A = Abort screen on which you are playing
Shift/R = Restart
