I’m going to have to confess that I don’t actually remember watching Moschops as a kid, although I must have done because I went through a craze of calling everyone I met “Moschops”. Very strange, although admittedly I was a very strange child.
So, here we have Moschops. Moschops is a therapsid dinosaur, and not a very bright one at that. Although in his defence, back in the dinosaur age there was no such thing as school. There was also no such thing as a talking dinosaur, but I think we’ll leave specifics to one side for the moment.

Joining Moschops we have Mr. Ichthyosaurus, the Welsh speaking dolphin and Ally the Allosaurus. And we mustn’t forget the delightful flower who just sits there and sways in the wind all day long.
Together they all just go about their normal prehistory lives, being rather think and simple. And that’s the way it should be.
The whole lot is voiced by Bernard Cribbins, and it’s one of those programmes that gets you totally engrossed. On the surface no a lot happens in the shows (hence the rather short write-up), but when you watch it it’s just endless entertainment.
I think I’m going to have to go through another craze of calling everyone Moschops now.
