Willo The Wisp is a strange ghost-like creature who with each episode tells a story about the characters in Doyley Wood.
Mavis Cruet is a fat (sorry, big boned) pathetic fairy. Arthur is a caterpillar who isn’t the brightest in the world, but somehow does see to have a little more up top than the rest of them.
Evil Edna is a grumpy old television set who will zap anyone into a frog just for the hell of it. Then, there is of course Carwash, a cat with his pal The Moog, which I can only describe as a dog-like creature, although it actually looks more like a pig.
Kenneth Williams provides all the voices as a rather bizarre tale unfolds about the day-to-day lives of these characters.
