This obviously confirms your thoughts that I am completely sad. But my life would be completely empty without Hair Bear with a hair style that resembles my own, Bubi Bear with his invisible motor cycle (who said that cartoon characters are not on drugs), Square Bear with an obsession with food that also resembles my own (I think you can see now why I like it), and not to mention the zoo keeper Mr. Peevly and his bumbling assistant Botch.
They all lived in Cave Block 9 of the Wonderland Zoo. The Bears, although freedom-loving are also quite content living in the zoo where food is free and surroundings lavish. Once Peevly and Botch are able to show proof of escape to the authorities, it's back to the North Woods for the bears. But the bears are far too clever to be caught, despite constant sneaky schemes and traps set for the trio.
I can first remember watching The Hair Bear bunch around 1979 (or there abouts), and my memories were revived after an obsession by BBC Radio 1's DJ (although he is now on Virgin Radio) Chris Evans that two of his staff were members of the Hair
Bear Bunch (again completely un-drugs related). After that the nation went Hair Bear Bunch mad.
